Exercise!


I'm not the most diligent exerciser you've ever met...my hope is that if I document my daily (thinking positive!) workout it will make me more inclined to keep at it; and in about 30 days exercising will become a habit that I just can't break (finger's crossed)!  My workout of choice is riding the stationary bike.  I just bought a used one off of a girl at work for $75 bucks!  So far I'm enjoying watching an episode of Netflix's Orange Is The New Black while I ride the bike.  Here's to finishing the series, burning calories and becoming more fit!

8/4/14 - 63 mins, 16.33 miles, 603 calories

7/31/14 - 62 mins, 14.58 miles, 538 calories

7/29/14 - 69 mins, 17 miles, 630 calories

7/28/14 - trying to get into some type of rhythm ...62 mins, 15.52 miles, 572 calories

7/25/14 - Exercise and me have not been getting together lately...continuing to struggle with motivation!!

7/20/14 - 7/24 - nada...,I'm so not sleeping well...not getting up to exercise...:(

7/19/14 - nada

7/18/14 - 55 mins, 13.63 miles, 503 calories...took it easy today

7/17/13 - too tired in am, no time in pm :(

7/16/14 - 62 mins, 16.65 miles, 613 calories

7/15/14 - 60 mins, 16.23 miles, 600 calories

7/14/14 - 60 minutes, 15 miles, 555 calories
